no longer missing my cat

I let my cat outside yesterday morning as per usual and he never came home for lunch. I figured maybe he caught a mouse and satisfied his hunger but when dusk fell he still hadn't shown up. I sat outside last night for 2 hours calling for him and still no signs of Salem then or this morning. I fear for the worst.

Please keep your fingers crossed that my kitty comes home. I'm so upset I could hardly sleep last night. Uggh..

Well Salem finally came home about 10 minutes ago. He was sitting in my window looking in the house for me. I have no clue where the hell he went but he must have been pretty far because he always comes when I call him. I'm soooo glad my kitty is home. Thanks for your concern guys. I'm off to go smother him in snuggles and kisses

Me too. I can't stop crying. My throat is so sore from calling him. I live in a very rural area so the only thing I can think about is a wild animal killing him.

My last two cats vanished without a trace. It sucks, and thats an understatement, obviously. I hope for better fortunes for yourself Brandy, which shouldn't be hard, my luck is fairly abominable these days in comparison. I'll have my fingers crossed for you though. He better show up! *good vibes*

:cuddle: Thats so terrible. I lost one cat like that and I still miss him to this day. He was uber affectionate so the only thing I can think is that someone took him and kept him for themselves. I hope...

I keep going outside to check for him but still no sign. Even left some food out there for his chubby ass. Hope that lures him back home.

cats are resourceful and very adaptable, He will come home soon, im sure, we used to have a cat that lived at two homes, he would stay with us for a week or 2, and bugger off, and you wouldn't see him for two weeks, and then he would be back,
